E5 Day Spa provides our guests with first-class spa services by using the finest quality products and techniques to enhance our guest's health and welfare. We believe the five elements of an excellent massage are:

When you're passionate about what you do, it shows. Pressure, flow and technique are how we make our passion an art. Energy refers to the way we are able to mold the spirit into a state of relaxation. We offer a variety of massage techniques to bring you to that "zen." They consist of but are not limited to:
